<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of December 2003 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10165 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH FOUNDATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Youth Foundation (NSYF) has applied for a lawful gambling <br />premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2180 Snelling Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the NSYF has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, Section <br />304. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the NSYF to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 2180 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Schroeder and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: gh, <br />Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
