<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 15th day of December 2003, at <br />6:30 p.m.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder & <br />Kylysyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10173 <br />RESOLUTION REVISING AND UPDATING BUILDING PERMIT <br />AND ASSOCIATED PERMIT FEES OF THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is City policy to charge user fees for services provided rather than support <br />such services with property taxes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is City policy to maintain a quality service and to do that the City must <br />remain current with permit fees to cover the costs of providing the service, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code provides for fees to be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Council from time to time, by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the attached Building Permit and associated Permit Fees Schedule for the <br />Community Development Department, City of Roseville, is hereby approved and adopted by the <br />City Council this 15th day of December, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder & Kylysyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
