<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 15th day of December 2003 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10177 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2004 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville's Budget for 2004 in the amount of $34,992,410 be hereby accepted and <br />approved, with the following segregation of appropriations in the property tax-supported funds: <br /> <br /> "'/)1' ' 'I ill " II'l I \ ',I", "" I III I L'dSl' <br />" ¡ ;\,d I...l lilld~_'c ¡ (dL'l'l L\I"L') (lkl'l L\ISè) <br />General Fund $ 9,692,930 $ 9,718,010 $ 25,080 0.3 % <br />Parks & Recreation Fund 2,241,240 2,264,970 23,730 1.1 % <br />Parks Maintenance Fund 846,010 841,320 (4,690) (0.6) % <br />Parks Improvement Fund 250,000 218,960 (31,040) (12.4) % <br />Vehicle Replacement Fund 500,000 775,000 275,000 55.0% <br />Equipment Replacement Fund 500,000 225,000 (275,000) (55.0) % <br />Pathway Maintenance Fund 135,000 135,000 - - <br />Boulevard Maintenance Fund 25,000 25,000 - - <br />Total $ 14,190,180 $ 14,203,260 $ 13,080 0.09% <br /> <br />** 2003 Budget shown for comparison purposes ** <br /> <br />With the remainder of the 2004 Budget to be appropriated as specified in the annual budget <br />document, as amended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kough <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Maschka, <br />Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
