<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 26th <br />day of January, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10185 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD <br />FOR VARIANCE REQUEST OF KARA ROSE, 998 BROOKS AVENUE (PF3536) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Kara Rose for an 11 foot Variance from <br />Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the application on January 7, 2004 and <br />based on an adjacent property owners concerns regarding the proposal, continued the hearing to <br />the February 4,2004 Planning Commission meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on December 15,2003, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 60-day review deadline expires on February 13,2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council meets on February 23, 2004, which exceeds the review <br />deadline; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day <br />review period (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99) from February 13,2004 to April 13, 2004, <br />to allow the proper review and consideration of the request; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />ofRoseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, <br />that the time line for agency review of the application of Kara Rose, 998 Brooks Avenue, <br />pertaining to a Variance to Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code, be extended from <br />February 13, 2004 to April 13, 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, Maschka, <br />Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
