<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of February, 2004, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Ihlan <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10195 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 1011 AND 1012 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />RELATING TO NON CONFORMING USES AND STRUCTURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council hereby determines that the text of the summary marked <br />"Official Summary of Ordinance No. 1302, a copy of which is attached hereto, clearly informs the <br />public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby determines that <br />publication of the title and such summary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of <br />the ordinance, and now <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a copy of this ordinance shall be available in the <br />office of the City Manager, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons during <br />regular office hours, further, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the official summary of <br />this ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance <br />is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the City <br />Manager in City Hall located at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A copy of the ordinance and summary <br />shall also be posted at the Reference Desk of the Roseville Branch of the Ramsey County Library, <br />2160 Hamline Avenue, Roseville, Mn. 55113 and on the internet web page ofthe City of Roseville <br />( www.ci.roseville.mn.us ). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan~ <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
