<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of February, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10198 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, <br />SECTIONS 1005.01 THROUGH 1005.09, PERTAINING TO BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council hereby determines that the text of the summary marked "Official <br />Summary of Ordinance No. 1305, a copy of which is attached hereto, clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect ofthe ordinance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, as described in Minnesota Statutes 412.191, hereby determines that <br />publication of the title and such summary will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect ofthe <br />ordinance, and now <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a copy of this ordinance shall be available in the office of the <br />City Manager, which copy shall be available for inspection by any persons during regular office hours, <br />further, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager shall publish the title and the official summary of this <br />ordinance in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy of the ordinance is <br />available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office ofthe City Manager in <br />City Hall located at 2660 Civic Center Drive. A copy of the ordinance and summary shall also be posted <br />at the Reference Desk of the Roseville Branch of the Ramsey County Library, 2160 Hamline Avenue, <br />Roseville, Mn. 55113 and on the internet web page of the City of Roseville (www.ci.roseville.mn.us). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, <br />Kough, Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />14 <br />
