Roll Call <br />10 <br />11 <br /> Present: <br />Chair Dean Maschka; and Commissioners Susan Elkins, Vicki Lee, Bill Majerus, <br />12 <br /> William Masche, and Jason Etten, with Commissioner Dan Wall arriving at <br />13 <br />approximately 6:16 p.m. <br />14 <br />15 <br />Also Present: <br /> Community Development Director Paul Bilotta, Police Chief Rick Mathwig, <br />16 <br />Councilmember Bob Willmus, Craig Waldron and Jason Foutz, Hamline University <br />17 <br />18 <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />19 <br />20 <br />Motion: Member Majerus moved, seconded by Member Etten to approve the Regular HRA <br />21 <br />Meeting Minutes of May 19, 2015 as presented. <br />22 <br />23 <br />Ayes: 6 <br />24 <br />Nays: 0 <br />25 <br />Motion carried. <br />26 <br />27 <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Recognitions, Correspondence, and Comments <br />28 <br />None. <br />29 <br />30 <br />5.Community/Citizen Comments <br />31 <br />None. <br />32 <br />33 <br />6.Consent Agenda <br />34 <br />Community Development Director Bilotta briefly reviewed Consent Agenda items; as detailed in <br />35 <br />specific staff reports and attachments dated June 16, 2015. <br />36 <br />37 <br />a.Monthly Abatement Report <br />38 <br />b.Acceptance of HRC Monthly Reports for May 2015 <br />39 <br />At the request of Member Etten, Mr. Bilotta confirmed that three home improvement loans had <br />40 <br />been processed under the new policy, serving to meet the goal in revising the program. <br />41 <br />42 <br />Mr. Bilotta noted that building permit activity for home improvements versus new home <br />43 <br />construction is already significantly higher than last year. <br />44 <br />45 <br />Motion: Member Majerus moved, seconded by Member Lee to approve the Consent <br />46 <br />Agenda as presented. <br />47 <br />48 <br />Ayes: 6 <br />49 <br />Nays: 0 <br />50 <br />Motion carried. <br />51 <br />52 <br />7.Public Hearings <br />53 <br />None. <br />54 <br />55 <br />8.Presentations <br /> <br />
