9a. Attachment A <br />. The Property and the Improvements to be constructed thereon according <br />Development <br />to the Construction Plans approved by the Authority. <br />. Event of Default has the meaning given such term in Section 8.1. <br />Event of Default <br />. The Roseville Lot/Sale Replacement Program Overview, approved May 21, <br />Guidelines <br />2013 and as it may be amended, attached as Exhibit B. <br />. Each and all of the structures and site improvements constructed on the <br /> Improvements <br />Property by the Buyer, as specified in the Construction Plans to be approved by the Authority. <br />. The Letter of Credit or cash escrow required to be provided by the <br />Letter of Credit <br />Buyer at closing on the Property, pursuant to Section 5.1. <br />. $400,000, which is the minimum market value for the <br />Minimum Market Value <br />Property and Improvements as confirmed by the Ramsey County Assessor. <br />.
