Attached is a draft <br />3plan that reflects the items brought forward during that meeting. Barbara Raye will <br />4facilitate a discussion with the RHRA to determine what the RHRA’s priorities are and to <br />5develop goals and objectives to accomplish the priorities. <br />6In addition, the RHRA should determine how long the new strategic plan would be in <br />7place.
