REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 8-03-15 <br />Item No: 9a. <br />Staff Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> Action Item <br />Item Description: Strategic Plan Discussion <br /> Background <br />1 <br />2On June 30, 2015, the RHRA started a strategic planning discussion. At the July 21, <br />32015 RHRA board meeting the RHRA was presented a draft strategic plan. The RHRA <br />4then ranked priority initiatives. Attached is a draft strategic plan for 2015 through 2019 <br />5that reflects the items brought forward during the last meeting. Staff provided Barbara <br />6Raye with ongoing initiatives that require staff time or resources.
