Mr. Paschke advised that this correspondence was <br />299 <br />from an adjacent business owner, the Minneapple Montessori School, expressing <br />300 <br />concerns regarding the drive-through as it related to construction and safety for their <br />301 <br />students. Mr. Paschke advised that staff would response to the concerns raised, with the <br />302 <br />goal to do so in the very near future. <br />303 <br />Chair Boguszewski closed the public hearing at 7:46 p.m.; no one spoke for or against <br />304 <br />MOTION <br />305 <br />Member Bull moved, seconded by Member Daire to recommend to the City Council <br />306 <br />approval of the proposed drive-through as a CONDITIONAL USE at 1880 Perimeter <br />307 <br />Drive, based on the comments and findings contained the project report dated <br />308 <br />June 3, 2015. <br />309 <br />Ayes: 6 <br />310 <br />Nays: 0 <br />311 <br />Motion carried. <br />312 <br />Chair Boguszewski advised that this case was scheduled for action at the June 22, 2015 <br />313 <br />City Council meeting. <br />314 <br />6.
