<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
<br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
<br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 29th
<br />day of March, 2004 at 6:00 p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing
<br />
<br />and the following were absent: None
<br />
<br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 10213
<br />
<br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DA Y REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A
<br />REQUEST BY MEADOW VIEW HOMES, 2550 HAMLINE AVENUE, FOR A
<br />COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT, PRELIMINARY PLAT,
<br />REZONING and GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, TO
<br />ALLOW THE REDEVELOPMENT OF 2550 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3546)
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Meadow View Homes on January 7, 2004
<br />for consideration of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat, Rezoning
<br />and General Concept Planned Unit Development at 2550 Hamline Avenue; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community
<br />Development Department on February 17,2004, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, THE Planning Commission, at their meeting and public hearing on March 3,
<br />2004 recommended approval of the project, as amended by the Planning Commission, and
<br />subject to conditions as outlined in the project report dated March 3, 2004; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the application has a review deadline of April 18, 2004; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Meadow View Homes, has requested the City Council to
<br />continue the Meadow View Homes application, which continuance prompts the need for an
<br />extension of the 60 day review deadline from April 18, 2004 to June 17, 2004 pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99; and,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the
<br />City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
<br />15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Meadow View Homes, 2550 Hamline
<br />Avenue, for consideration of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment, Preliminary Plat,
<br />Rezoning and General Concept Planned Unit Development be extended for 60 days from April
<br />18,2004 to June 17,2004.
