<br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br />(f) <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Examine the impact of redevelopment upon traffic, the environment and <br />utility and street infrastructure, <br /> <br />Determine the need for zoming ordinances and other governmental <br />approvals, <br /> <br />Submit a preliminary site plan for the proposed redevelopment, and <br /> <br />If all of the above actions have been successfully concluded and if approved <br />by the City, execute a Redevelopment Agreement relating to all or a portion <br />of Twin Lakes. <br /> <br />Findings. <br /> <br />2.01 The City hereby finds that execution ofthe Contract promotes the objectives outlined <br />in the Twin Lakes Master Plan. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Authorizations. <br /> <br />3.01 The Council hereby approves the Contract and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk <br />of the City (the "Officers") to execute and deliver the Contract substantially in the form on file in the <br />office ofthe City Clerk, with such additions and modifications as the Officers may deem desirable or <br />necessary as evidenced by the execution thereof. <br /> <br />2 <br />
