EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the twentieth day of July 2015, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe <br /> and the following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11238 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S REAPPOINTMENT OF <br /> SUSAN ELKINS TO THE <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, Susan Elkins has served as a Board Member for the Roseville Housing & <br /> Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) for a term that expires September 23, 2015, and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Elkins is seeking reappointment to the RHRA and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the reappointment to the <br /> RHRA board of Susan Elkins with a term expiring September 23, 2020; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council <br /> approves the Mayor's appointment of Susan Elkins to the Roseville HRA Board. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: Etten <br /> and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, <br /> McGehee, Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
