Price increases 2.75% per year <br />- Approximate annual savings of $2125 <br />- Approximate net savings of $53,125 over 25 years (does not include annual increase in <br />electricity rates, so actual net savings would be higher) <br />- Buyout option to purchase system at Fair Market Value in year seven (no estimate of what fair <br />market value would be at that time) <br />Direct Purchase: <br />- Total system cost of $420,000 <br />- Proposed loan with St Paul Port Authority of $294,000 for 15 years at 2.5% <br />o $23,750 annual loan payment <br />- Sale of Tax Equity at 30% of system cost or approximately $126,000 <br />- Approximate annual savings of $4250 <br />- A�proximate net savin,gs of $106,250 over 25 vears (does not include annual increase in <br />electricity rates, so actual net savings would be higher) <br />Sundial Solar <br />Proposed a 375kW system financed through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA): <br />- Total system cost of $1,050,000 <br />- Purchase power from Sundial Solar at $0.09 per kWh produced. Price increases 3.5% a year for <br />each 12-month period thereafter <br />- Estimated annual cost savings of $9,217 (does not include annual increase in electricity rates, <br />so actual net savings would be higher) <br />- Approximate net savings of $230,425 over 25 _�� (does not include annual increase in <br />electricity rates, so actual net savings would be higher) <br />- Proposed buyout option at year 6 for approximately $39,375 which is 5% of estimated Fair <br />Market Value at that time.
