On this <br />project, Sundial will voluntarily set a goal of subcontracting at least 20 percent of the installation <br />labor hours with certified minority, women and/or veteran-owned small businesses qualified for <br />work in solar project installation. <br />A. RELEVANT PROJECT EXAMPLES <br />1.) Performance Office Papers. Sundial conducted the feasibility analysis and provided <br />full engineering, design, installation, interconnection, commissioning and maintenance services <br />to this client for a 200-kilowatt rooftop solar PV array. Sundial also managed negotiations with <br />the client's utility provider for a preferential solar energy rate structure. <br />2.) Murphy Warehouse. Sundial has provided commercial solar development services <br />to this client for several years, including design and installation of advanced solar arrays <br />integrated with backup power systems. Work for Murphy has included projects at multiple sites <br />and of varying sizes and configurations. <br />3.) St. Christopher Episcopal Church. Sundial is currently installing a 40- kilowatt roof- <br />mounted system for this church in Roseville. The system includes a unique layout design and <br />will receive rebates from the State of Minnesota through the Made-in-Minnesota rebate <br />program. <br />4.) Ikea-Bloomington. Sundial was selected as the maintenance contractor for this 1.6 <br />megawatt rooftop installation in Bloomington. Although it was not part of the original EPC team, <br />Sundial was selected based on its superior trouble-shooting, technical capabilities and <br />maintenance experience. <br />III. Pricing <br />Sundial has a development financing agreement with Olson Energy Corporation (OEC) for <br />financing of solar energy projects for local units of government. Under the terms of OEC <br />financing, the solar project will be initially owned by Olson and tax investors who will receive the <br />30 percent federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and accelerated depreciation benefits. The City <br />will have an option to purchase the solar project after five years for an amount equal to five <br />percent (5%) of the project's Fair Market Value (FMV). FMV will be determined based on the <br />discounted or Net Present Value (NPV) of the remaining projected cashflows from the system. <br />
