<br />to municipalities, and the Ramsey County Capital Improvement Program provides funding for <br />these improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Roseville desires Ramsey County to repair all deteriorated structures <br />and mill and overlay Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid Highway 26) from Fulham Street to <br />Cleveland Avenue for an estimated cost of$184,774 and fund the structure repairs and mill and <br />overlay project with an estimated $184,774 from Capital Improvement Funds for Ramsey <br />County Roadway Consolidation; Now, Therefore, Be It <br /> <br />RESOLVED, The City of Roseville does hereby concur with the Ramsey County Board of <br />Commissioners revoking the "County State Aid Highway" status of Roselawn Avenue (County <br />State Aid Highway 26) from Fulliam Street to Cleveland Avenue and transfers jurisdiction over <br />the roadway to the City of Roseville, effective after the County is in receipt of an adopted <br />resolution from the City of Roseville concurring with the County revoking the "County State Aid <br />Highway" status of Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid Highway 26) from Fulham Street to <br />Cleveland Avenue in the City of Roseville, and after the Ramsey County Office of Budgeting <br />and Accounting has encumbered the funds necessary to fund the structure repairs, and the mill <br />and overlay project; and Be It Further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, That as just compensation for this jurisdiction transfer the County shall repair <br />deteriorated structures and mill and overlay the aforementioned segment of Roselawn Avenue at <br />an estimated cost of$184,774; and Be It Further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, That upon tumback to the City of Roseville from Ramsey County the segment of <br />Roselawn Avenue (County State Aid Highway 26) from Fulliam Street to Cleveland Avenue be <br />and is hereby established, located and designated as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, <br />subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation ifthe State of Minnesota; and Be <br />It Further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, The Roseville Engineer is authorized within the limits ofthis resolution to take <br />actions necessary to have the identified jurisdiction changes executed. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing and the following voted against: <br />none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
