<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of May, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Thlan, Kough and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10219 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH SECTION 1002.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR ANTHONY <br />TROWBRIDGE (CHESLEY TRUCK), 1755 COUNTY ROAD C (PF3563). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anthony Trowbridge has requested an Interim Use Permit to allow limited <br />semi-truck sales at Chesley Truck; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at 1755 County Road C, legally described as: <br /> <br />The West 500 feet of the East 2075 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 29, <br />Range 23, except the North 1737 feet thereof and except that part lying South of the centerline of <br />County Road C. <br /> <br />WHEREAS; the proposal by Mr. Trowbridge seeks to allow semi-truck sales in a limited <br />capacity on the premises, which are currently being used for semi-truck service, repair, and <br />wholesale vehicle sales; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Trowbridge request on May 5, 2004, recommending (5-0) approval of the Interim Use Permit <br />with conditions; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Anthony Trowbridge, 2755 County Road C (Chesley Truck) for an INTERIM <br />USE PERMIT, subject to the following conditions; <br /> <br />a. The Interim Use Permit be for a maximum of three years, terminating on June 30, <br />2007, with a annual review by the Community Development Department. <br /> <br />b. Hours of operation being limited from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday. <br /> <br />c. No front yard vehicle display allowed. All semi-trailer trucks (for sale, lease, or <br />repair) must be located behind the building. <br /> <br />1 <br />
