<br />2. Building and Fire inspe¡;;tions for the proposed use shall be done prior to issuance <br />of any renovation permits. The building shall meet building and fire code <br />requirements, prior to occupancy. Signage must be part of the sign package for the <br />entire building, approved by the building owner, Kissell. The owner shall <br />designate (by signs in the parking lot) a minimum often parking spaces <br />specifically for the use ofthe day care facility. The spaces shall be the closest <br />existing spaces to the entry door of the day car center. <br /> <br />3. The property owner (Kissell) shall record the approved conditional use permit <br />with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to the issuance of any building permit or <br />within sixty days of approval, whichever is less (Section 1013.01-City Code). <br /> <br />4. The conditional use permit shall expire within six months of the date of City <br />Council approval if a building permit or a certificate of occupancy is not obtained <br />for the approved development (Section 1013.03 of the City Code). <br /> <br />5. The applicant must be issued the appropriate license from the Minnesota <br />Department of Human Services within six months after the final approval of the <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Maschka, Thlan, Kough, Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
