<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEET(NG OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting qf the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of July 2004 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10227 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />LIGHT BRIGADE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Light Brigade has applied for a lawful gmµbling premise permit to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 2100 Snelling Avenue; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Light Brigade has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, <br />Section 304. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City CÞuncil of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Light Brigade to <br />conduct lawful gambling activities at 2100 Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution ¡was duly seconded by Member <br />Schroeder and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following y-oted in favor thereof: Schroeder, <br />Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and M-opted. <br />
