Parks and Recreation <br />The City has a very active parks and recreation function. While the budgeted costs are <br />somewhat higher than what is shown here, many of the recreation programs expenses are <br />covered by user fees. The comparison with other communities is net of any park and <br />recreational fees reported. The City continues to be in the mid-range of all cities. <br />Parks and Recreation <br />Community Development <br />The comparison of Community Development investments, is somewhat less precise because of <br />the many ways communities handle their economic development costs.
