EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 26, 2004, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Klausing and the following were absent: none. Council member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10231 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS P-ST -03-02-61 AND P-ST -03-02-68 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-ST -03-02-61 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting West Victoria Frontage Road, from Sandhurst Avenue to dead end for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, landscaping, utility repair, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the forgoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is $88,396.85, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $26,371.21 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $114,768.06 and of this cost the City will pay $98,633.53 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $16,134.64; and WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-ST -03-02-68 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Pineview Court, from Dale Court to cul-de-sac for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, landscaping, utility repair, and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the forgoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is $44,182.97, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts to $12,054.01 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $56,236.98 and ofthis cost the City will pay $42,177.73 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $14,059.24; and NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1.
