<br />1. The interim use permit being limited to a period not to exceed one year (12 <br />months) from September 24,2004 to September 24,2005. The interim use permit <br />will be periodically reviewed administratively and any issues/concerns brought to <br />the attention of Family Academy and/or the City Council. <br /> <br />2. The Interim Use Permit shall become null and void after 12 months (beginning on <br />September 24,2004) of operation unless the applicant applies for a future interim <br />use permit 180 days prior to the permit expiration date. <br /> <br />3. The Interim Use Permit is limited to the use as a temporary classroom (2 modular <br />buildings (56 foot by 72 foot and 56 foot by 86 foot) and eight total classrooms, <br />and one temporary office (12 foot by 56 foot) by Family Academy. No additional <br />parking is required. <br /> <br />4. The modular classroom facilities must be removed within 30 days if the use as a <br />temporary classroom is discontinued. <br /> <br />5. A fire alarm system with strobe lights must be provided in each of the six <br />classrooms. <br /> <br />6. The modular classroom building must be skirted and include a ramp for <br />handicapped access. <br /> <br />7. The new temporary modular classroom structure must be painted a similar color <br />of the existing classroom facility and office. <br /> <br />8. All trash and recycling containers shall meet Section 101O.11C of the Roseville <br />City Code. In the case of this site, trash and recycling must be kept in the east <br />parking lot and screened by a 100% opaque (solid wood) fence and gated. <br /> <br />9. Family Academy contacting the City when the 2005 student population exceeds <br />50 new students. The increase triggers a sanitary sewer and water connection that <br />must be provided to the "new" modular classroom building. <br /> <br />10. The Interim Use Permit shall be null and void 6 months after approval should <br />Family Academy not receive all necessary permits through the Roseville <br />Community Development Department. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Thlan, <br />Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
