EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of July 2004, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder, Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10234 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR REAL LIFE CHURŒ, 2353 œATSWORTH AVENUE (PF3583). WHEREAS, Real Life Church has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a new worship center, expanded lobby, and additional restrooms; and WHEREAS, Real Life Church is 2353 Chatsworth Avenue and legally described at as: That part of the East Half or the South 264 feet of the 592.63 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying east of Grandview Townhomes 2"d Addition and north of Lot 5, Block 1 Rose of Sharon2"d Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. PIn # 11-29-23-32-0117 WHEREAS, Real Life Church proposed to construct a new 408 seat worship center, small expansion to the existing lobby, additional rest rooms, within a 8,302 sq. ft. footprint; and WHEREAS, said improvements will also include an additional 78 parking spaces, landscaping, and storm water management; and WHEREAS, Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code stipulated the criteria under which a conditional use permit must be reviewed; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the Conditional Use Permit request of Real Life Church and voted (5-1) to recommend approval of the request, based on the comments in Section 5, the findings in Section 6, and the conditions (as amended by the Planning Commission) of Section 7 of the project report dated July 7, 2004. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Real Life Church, 2352 Chatsworth Avenue, a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT consistent with Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 5 ofthe project report dated July 26, 2004, and the following conditions: 1. The site being developed with setbacks as per the site plans in the applications dated June 21, 2004. 1
