If all proceeds according to the current schedule, it is anticipated that a property closing would <br />occur shortly after the developer is able to record the final plat. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />The Dale Street redevelopment project is a priority redevelopment area for the City of Roseville. <br />BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br />This project is being funded with TIF funding and will impact the balances of TIF Districts 10 <br />and 12.
