Attachment A <br />Section 9.6. No Additional Waiver Implied by One Waiver. In the event any agreement <br />contained in this Agreement should be breached by either party and thereafter waived by the other <br />party, such waiver shall be limited to the particular breach so waived and shall not be deemed to <br />waive any other concurrent, previous or subsequent breach hereunder. <br />Section 9.7. Attorney Fees. Whenever any Event of Default occurs and if the <br />non-defaulting party employs attorneys or incurs other expenses for the collection ofpayments due <br />or to become due or for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or <br />agreement on the part of the defaulting party under this Agreement, the defaulting party shall, <br />within ten (10) days of written demand by the non-defaulting party, pay to the non-defaulting party <br />the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred by the non-defaulting <br />party. <br />(The remainder of this page is intentionally left blank.) <br />24 <br />7174856v3 <br />
