Counter�arts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of <br />counterparts, each of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br />Section 10.8. Recordin�. The City may record this Agreement and any amendments <br />thereto with the Ramsey County recorder. The Redeveloper shall pay all costs for recording. The <br />Redeveloper's obligations under this Agreement are covenants running with the land for the term <br />of this Agreement, enforceable by the City against the Redeveloper, its successor and assigns, and <br />every successor in interest to the Redevelopment Property, or any part thereof or any interest <br />therein. <br />Section 10.9. Amendment. This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement <br />approved by the City and the Redeveloper. <br />Section 10.10. City Approvals.
