Attachment A <br />is an owner of any land or interest therein to, or in favor of, which such agreements and covenants <br />relate. The Grantor shall have the right, in the event of any breach of any such agreement or <br />covenant to exercise all the rights and remedies, and to maintain any actions ar suits at law ar in <br />equity or other proper proceedings to enforce the curing of such breach of agreement or covenant, <br />to which it or any other beneficiaries of such agreement or covenant may be entitled; provided that <br />Grantor shall not have any right to re-enter the Property or revest in the Grantor the estate <br />conveyed by this Deed on grounds of Grantee's failure to comply with its obligations under this <br />Section 3. <br />SECTION 4. <br />This Deed is also given subject to: <br />(a) Provision of the ordinances, building and zoning laws of the City of Roseville, and <br />state and federal laws and regulations in so far as they affect this real estate. <br />(b) [Others] <br />Grantor certifies that it does not know of any wells on the Property. <br />B-3 <br />7174856v3 <br />
