HAZARD INSURANCE: Coverage in the amount of at least $1,162,408 with <br />Western Bank named as mortgagee, and including a clause that the insurance <br />campany will give us at least 30 days notice of cancellation or non-renewal. <br />Evidence of insurance on an Accord Form #27 "Evidence of Property Insurance" <br />must be delivered to us on or prior to closing. <br />4. TITLE INSURANCE: Commitment from a firm acceptable to WB showing title free <br />and clear of any encumbrances, easements, encroachments or restrictions not <br />acceptable to us. <br />5. FLOOD HAZARD Z4NE: If property is located within a Flood Hazard Zone, <br />Borrower will be required to purchase flood hazard insurance for the term of the <br />loan with Western Bank named as Mortgagee. <br />
