The statute allows the appointment of "assistants" to perform the statutory <br />weed duties of the Mayor. Annually, the Mayor appoints the assistant(s). <br />I, Mayor Dan Roe, do hereby designate the City of Roseville Community Development <br />Department Codes Coordinator as the duly authorized and designated Assistant Weed <br />Inspector for the City of Roseville, pursuant to Minn.
