Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR VICTORIA STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 27, 2014, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Victoria Street, between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road B, and; WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with soine other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: L The City Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,833,245.20. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day of February, 2015, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. and the City Engineer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
