��6 At the time this report was prepared, Planning Division staff had not received any additional <br />4� communications from the public about the interim use request. <br />48 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />4� Adopt a resolution approving the renewal of the proposed interim use allowing the sale, <br />5� service, and outdoor storage of boats at 1705 County Road C, based on the findings and <br />5� recommendation of the Planning Commission and the content of this RCA, subject to the <br />52 following conditions: <br />53 a. The outdoor storage area shall continue to be adequately screened as viewed from County <br />5� Road C. To achieve this, fabric panels shall be installed on the gate and on the section of <br />5� fence abutting the building, and the gate shall be kept closed at all times except when <br />5�; vehicles and/or boats are entering or exiting the storage area. <br />��i b. Screening that conforms to the zoning standards for screening outdoor storage uses shall be <br />5� installed along the western, northern, and eastern sides of the outdoor storage area at such <br />�� time as redevelopment occurs on any abutting property. Planning Division staff will notify <br />cc� Boaters Outlet if such redevelopment occurs and will establish a reasonable timeline for <br />6� installation of the required screening, depending on weather and anticipated development <br />6� schedules. <br />6� c. Boats that are arriving at or departing from the property may be briefly staged in a transition <br />6� area along the south side of the screened/fenced storage area. <br />s� d. The storage and transition locations shall be limited to the respective areas identified on the <br />6<> site plan reviewed with this application. <br />6�,� e. This approva] shall expire on January 31, 2020 or upon the discontinuation of the outdoor <br />6:� storage use, whichever comes first. The outdoor storage use shall only be continued beyond <br />�� January 31, 2020 with renewed approval of the interim use. <br />7G ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS <br />��� A) Pass a motion to table the item for future action. Tabling beyond January 13, 2015 <br />�2 may require an agreement to extend the 60-day action deadline established by Minn. Stat. <br />i� 15.99 to avoid statutory approval. <br />�� B) Adopt a resolution to deny the requested approval.
