<br />2. No seasonal merchandise display shall be permitted under the fuel canopy or be <br />placed between the fuel pump islands. <br /> <br />3. All seasonal merchandise display areas shall be clearly marked on the pavement <br />surfaces by use of paint or tinted pavement, within which all display of materials <br />shall occur. <br /> <br />4. Seasonal merchandise display shall be limited to soda pop/beverage, auto/engine <br />fluids, windshield washer fluid, charcoal, wood, water softener or road salt, and/or <br />mulch. An ice machine and propane exchange unit are permitted within the <br />allowable 91 sq. ft. <br /> <br />5. Building and Fire inspections for the proposed use shall be done prior to issuance <br />of any permits. The building and display\storage areas shall meet building and fire <br />code requirements, prior to installation. No signage shall be added to the site <br />because of the addition of storage and display materials. <br /> <br />6. The property owner (SuperAmerica) shall submit a copy of a site plan indicating <br />the 91 sq. ft. of seasonal merchandise display areas to be included as an <br />attachment to the approved Conditional Use Permit Resolution filed at City Hall <br />and provided to the property owner for their records. The approved Resolution is <br />then recorded by the City with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />7. The conditional use permit shall expire within six months of the date of City <br />Council approval if the required site plan identifying seasonal merchandise <br />display locations and sizes has not been submitted to the City Planner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
