<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 2ih day of September 2004, <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10246 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF JEANNE KELSEY TO <br />THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR A 5 YEAR TERM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: <br /> <br />1. On September 23,2002, the Mayor submitted for the Council's <br />consideration the appointment of Jeanne Kelsey as Board Member ofthe <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville <br />("HRA"). <br /> <br />2. The Council approved the appointment of Jeanne Kelsey to a two-year <br />term ending September 23,2004. <br /> <br />3. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 Subdivision 6, all terms <br />after initial staggered terms shall be for 5 years. <br /> <br />4. The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the <br />reappointment of Jeanne Kelsey to a 5-year term ending September 27, <br />2009. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Ihlan, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Ihlan, <br />Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
