<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br /> <br />September, 2004 at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GIVING APPROVAL TO THE <br />ISSUANCE OF TAX EXEMPT LOAN PARTICIPATION NOTES <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />JOINT POWERS AND ALLOCATION AGREEMENT <br />RELATING TO BANK QUALIFICATION OF SUCH REVENUE NOTES <br />(pRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF NORTH OAKS, INC. PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> <br />Maschka, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br /> <br />voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1691421vl <br />
