<br />The members of the Village Council of Ros~ville, Y:¡illiam H.Hueller,
<br />President, ûeo.A.:\lembrez, Clerk, Nic pothen, E.H.Hal~'!1erste:l,Harry Carlson,
<br />Councilmen,Frank Leinen,treasurer,Nic Lebens,Frank Weinholzer,Justices of
<br />the Peace,N.C.Nelson,Geo.Guligowski,Constables,took the o2th of office
<br />and were duly qualified according to the law.
<br />The meeting was then calleò to order by President Ìluell~r.
<br />Geo.Membrez suggested that the bonds furnished to the Town of Rose in March
<br />194819 Frank Leinen,treasurer,Geo.Membre~,clerk,Nic Lebens,Justice of the
<br />peace,N. C.IJelson and Geo.Guligowski, c~mstables, who were elected to the same
<br />offices in the Vill&ge,be inèorsed to the Village of Roseville. Frank
<br />Weinholzer,a new member elected as Justice of the Peace to furnish ~ new
<br />bond in the amount of ~500.oo. H~~'!1ersten moved,seconàed by Carlson, that if
<br />the Joyce Insurance Co are willing to ~2ke the indorsement as cl~lined,the
