<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1069 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 89.030 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE CLOSING PARKS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10: 00 P.M. AND <br />5:00 A.M. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 89.030, Paragraph 12, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />12. City parks shall be closed between the hours of <br />10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. unless otherwise posted. <br />No person shall remain and no motor vehicle shall <br />be left in the park between those hours unless <br />special permission has been granted by the Direc- <br />tor of Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />8th day of of January , 1990. <br /> <br />AT~ <br />I~Y MAN ~ER ~. <br /> <br />
