<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1071 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.155 (4)(a) AND <br />REPEALING SECTION 20.155 (4)(c) OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE REGARDING PARK LAND DEDICATION. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville section <br /> <br />20.155 (4)(a) is amended as follows: <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(a) For all land zoned other than <br />residential, the deposit for park purposes <br />shall be four percent (4%) of the value of <br />the unimproved land as determined by the <br />Ramsey County Assessor pursuant to Minn.Stat. <br />§273.17: or $4,500 per acre, whichever amount <br />is less. <br /> <br />II. <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville <br />Section 20.155 (4)(c) is repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />this 12th day of February <br /> <br />, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />M~~~ <br />
