<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1080 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 89.030, PARAGRAPH 7, OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY PROHIBITING THE USE OF <br />INTOXICATING LIQUORS IN ALL CITY PARKS AND LIMITING THE USE OF <br />NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS TO DESIGNATED AREAS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />section 89.030, Paragraph 7, of the City Code of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />89.030 (7) Certain Conduct or Activity Prohibited. <br />No person shall possess, display, consume, or use <br />intoxicating liquors as defined in Minnesota statute <br />340A.101, Subd. 14. No person shall possess, display, <br />consume, or use non-intoxicating mal t 1 iquors as <br />defined in Minnesota statute 340A.101, Subd. 19, except <br />inside or on the deck of the Clubhouse at the Roseville <br />Golf Course, or in certain areas of Central Park. <br /> <br />The permitted areas in Central Park shall be under the <br />enclosed picnic shelters and at the viewing stands at <br />the victoria and Lexington softball fields, and the <br />Amphitheater seating area, or in other areas designated <br />by special permit issued by the Director of Parks and <br />Recreation. These designated areas shall be clearly <br />marked by the Roseville Parks and Recreation Department. <br />permi ts must also be issued for kegs of beer or <br />quantities of beer exceeding one case (24 cans). <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />this 22nd day of October, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Manager <br />
