<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1087 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 911 BY AMENDING ARTICLE I, <br />SECTION 2; ARTICLE II, SECTION 8; ARTICLE III, SECTION lA, <br />SECTION 3, SECTION 4, SECTION 5, SECTION 8 AND SECTION 10; <br />ARTICLE V, SECTION 3B; ARTICLE VI, SECTION 4 E(4), SECTION 5B: <br />ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 4C (7): ARTICLE XIV, SECTION 2C:, AND <br />DELETING ARTICLE IX, SECTION IB(2)(d) OF THE CABLE COMMUNICATION <br />FRANCHISE AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance 911, which is the ordinance adopting the <br /> <br />1982 City of Roseville Cable Communication Franchise Agreement is <br /> <br />hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Article I, Section 2.0, definition 0 is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 2.0. <br />o. "Offering of Grantee" or "Offering" means that <br />certain document dated October 1, 1981, entitled <br />"Application for Cable Television Franchise" and signed <br />by Grantee, which document is on file with the City <br />Clerk, and any amendments thereto which are mutually <br />acceptable to Grantee and City. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Article II, Section 8 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 8. Written Notice. All notices, reports or <br />demands required to be given in writing under this <br />Franchise shall be deemed to be given when delivered <br />personally to any officer of Grantee or City's <br />Administrator of this Franchise or 48 hours after it is <br />deposited in the United States mail in a sealed <br />envelope, with registered or certified mail postage <br />prepaid thereon, addressed to the party to which notice <br />is being given as follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />
