<br />2. An. "Amusement Device Manager" is an adult employee of an <br />establishment operating amusement devices whose primary <br />duties are the supervision of the amusement devices. <br /> <br />3. A "game room" is a business establishment, more than <br />fifty percent (50%) of the gross receipts of which are <br />derived from the operation of amusement devices, has an <br />Amusement Device Manager on the premises during all hours of <br />operation, is licensed by the city, and has implemented a <br />security plan which has been approved by the Chief of <br />Police. <br /> <br />Section 109.030. Special Requirements for Licensing. <br /> <br />l. No license shall be granted after February 1, 1991 for <br />any game room which: <br /> <br />(a) Is less than 1,500 feet from any residence: <br />(b) Is less than 1,500 feet from any school building or <br />school yard. <br />(c) Is less than 1,500 feet from any park. <br /> <br />The distance in (a), (b) and (c) is to be measured from the <br />licensed premises to the property line of any parcel used <br />for residence, school building/yard, or park. <br /> <br />2. Game rooms which were licensed prior to February 1, 1991 <br />are excluded from the requirements set forth in paragraph 1 <br />above, but are subject to all other restrictions set forth <br />in this Chapter. <br /> <br />3. Each applicant for a license for a game room shall <br />provide the Chief of Police with a security plan designed to <br />maintain order and each applicant for each game room or <br />amusement device shall provide the Police Chief with the <br />names and addresses of the amusement device managers. <br /> <br />4. No alcoholic beverages (including 3.2 beer or wine) or <br />controlled substances without a prescription shall be sold, <br />possessed or consumed on the premises of the game room, the <br />common areas within the building, or the parking areas. <br /> <br />5. The property OWner will post on the exterior of the <br />premises "No Loitering" and will prevent any loitering <br />within the building or in the parking areas and sidewalk <br />adjacent to the building. <br /> <br />6. Any person who has been convicted of a felony, <br />controlled substance abuse, or gambling law violation within <br />the past five years is prohibited from working as an <br />attendant at the game room. <br /> <br />2 <br />
