<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1091 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE BY <br />REINACTING SECTION 8.190 TO PROVIDE FOR REGULATION OF STORAGE IN <br />BUSINESS DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 8.190 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 8.190. Enclosure of Certain Business <br />Required. <br /> <br />1. All business, storage, service, repair, <br />processing, or merchandising display shall be <br />conducted wholly within an enclosed building or <br />behind a solid fence not less than five (5) feet <br />high except for the following uses and in <br />accordance with the conditions herein specified. <br /> <br />(a) Offstreet parking and loading where <br />permitted as accessory uses. <br /> <br />(b) Display of automobiles and trucks where <br />accessory to authorized principal uses. <br /> <br />2. Temporary outside display of merchandise up <br />to eight (8) days a year can be approved through <br />a temporary permit issued by the Chief Code <br />Enforcement Officer in any of the following <br />business districts where retail sales are <br />allowed: B-2, B-3, B-4, and Shopping Center <br />Districts. <br /> <br />3. The outside display of merchandise, except as <br />covered in Section 8.190 (1) and (2) is permitted <br />by Special Use Permit. When considering any such <br />Special Use Permit request, the Planning <br />Commission and City Council shall consider the <br />following criteria to determine the impact of the <br />proposed outside display on the site, adjacent <br />properties, and the community as a whole: <br /> <br />1 <br />
