<br />A. A plan of the area showing contours, soil <br />types, high water mark, ground water <br />conditions, bedrock, slope and vegetative <br />cover. <br /> <br />B. Location of buildings, parking areas, <br />traffic access, driveways, walkways, piers, <br />open spaces and landscaping. <br /> <br />C. Plans of buildings, sewage disposal <br />facilities, water supply systems, and <br />arrangements of operations. <br /> <br />D. Specifications for areas of proposed filling, <br />grading, 1agooning or dredging. <br /> <br />E. Other pertinent information necessary to <br />determine if the proposed use meets the <br />requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br />The City Council, in evaluating each application, <br />may request the County Soil and Water <br />Conservation District to make available expert <br />assistance from those state and federal agencies <br />which are assisting said district under a <br />memorandum of understanding and any other state <br />or federal agency which can provide technical <br />assistance. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />Section 18.220, Subd. 2.
