City Council Minutes Regular Meeting of February p.m. A.Public Forum/Communications and Public Comment Michael Thienes, President of Lake Association announced the Capitol Region Water District meeting on February 25, 1999 at p.m. at Como Park Pavilion. Tony Casa requested information on a city code regarding parking vehicles. Referred to staff for future report to City Council. Absent: Goedeke. B-l C.Approval of Minutes Minutes C-lMaschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of February 8, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. D. Consent Agenda Consent Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that items D-l through D-6, and D-8 be Agenda approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. Metropolitan D-l Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the City Manager is authorized to send a letter of intent to participate in the Metropolitan Energy Aggregation Group. Roll Energy Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. Aggregation Metropolitan D-2 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the Twin Cities Water Quality Initiative Council Water Special Project Grant in the amount of to fund an environmental study of the Villa Park Wetland System be approved and to authorize the City Manager Quality Grant to sign a Grant Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. Roseville D-3 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Roseville Chrysler Auto Body Shop request Chrysler Auto for a 60 day extension of the 60 day review period, from February to April 22, 1999, for a conditional use permit, be approved.
