<br />D. "Solid Waste Hauler" means a collector or <br />transporter of solid waste. <br /> <br />E. "Multiple Residential Dwelling" means any <br />building containing more than four dwelling <br />units, except townhouses, with individual <br />kitchen facilities for each unit. <br /> <br />F. "Other Refuse" means ashes, rags, brush and <br />t r e e t r i mm i n g s 1 e s s t h a n six in c h e s ( 6") 1 n <br />diameter, nonrecyclable glass, cans, paper, <br />boxes, and similar wastes. <br /> <br />G. "Person" means individuals, partnerships, <br />corporations, and other legal entities. <br /> <br />H. "Residential Dwelling" means any building <br />containing one (l) to four (4) dwelling units <br />(single family, duplex, triplex, and <br />fourplex) and any building with up to eight <br />(8) dwelling units contiguous to each other <br />(townhouses) sharing no more than two common <br />walls, such building to be of the row house <br />type as contrasted to multiple dwelling <br />apartment structures. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />"Recyclables" <br />recycled or <br />processes. <br /> <br />means materials which may be <br />reused through recycling <br /> <br />J. "Sol id Waste" means garbage, other refuse, <br />special wastes, yard wastes, and other <br />discarded solid material resulting from <br />residential, industrial, and commercial <br />operations and from community activities. <br /> <br />K. "Special Waste" means large appliances, <br />furniture, oversized materials including <br />mattresses and carpeting, automotive parts <br />including tires and batteries, scrap metal, <br />brush and tree trimmings more than six inches <br />(6") in diameter, tree stumps, Christmas <br />trees, construction and demolition debris, <br />and other materials collected, processed, and <br />disposed of as a separate waste stream. <br /> <br />L. "Yard Waste" means lawn clippings, leaves, <br />weeds, garden wastes, and soft bodied plants. <br /> <br />M. "Zone" means a residential area 1n which <br />garbage, other refuse, special waste, and <br />yard waste are collected on the same day, the <br />
