<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1102 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW SECTION 151.135 PROVIDING FOR <br />ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY ON-SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT <br />LIQUOR LICENSES IN CENTRAL PARK. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the city of Roseville is amended by adding <br /> <br />a new Section 151.135, to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.135. Temporary On-Sale Nonintoxicating Liquor <br />License in Central Park. Upon payment of a fee in the <br />amount of twenty dollars ($20.00), and submission of a <br />completed application form, the City Manager is autho- <br />rized to approve a temporary on-sale license for the <br />sale and distribution of nonintoxicating malt liquor to <br />a club, charitable, religious, or other nonprofit <br />organization in existence at least three years, for <br />such sale and distribution in Central Park only for a <br />time not to exceed three (3) consecutive days, provided <br />the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />1. Proof of liquor liability insurance in an amount <br />equal to and in the form required by § 151.030, <br />paragraph 3, is filed with the application. <br /> <br />2. A security plan, approved by the Ch1ef of Police, <br />is filed along with the application. <br /> <br />The hour of sales shall be only during the time that <br />Central Park is open to the public. Sales and <br />distribution shall be located only in a shelter <br />building or a temporary shelter, such as a tent, <br />approved by the City Manager. <br /> <br />In the event the City Manager denies the application, <br />for any reason, the applicant may appeal the decision <br />of the City Manager to the City Council. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />
