Township 29, <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota described <br />as beginning at a point on the north and <br />south centerline of said section distant 133 <br />feet south from the north quarter corner <br />thereof; thence east and parallel with the <br />north line of said northeast quarter 435.60 <br />feet; thence south and parallel with the west <br />line of said northeast quarter 100 feet; <br />thence west and parallel with said north line <br />435.60 feet; thence north to the point of <br />beginning.
