EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of August, <br /> 2015, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; and <br /> the following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11246 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MnDOT COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION <br /> AGREEMENT NO. 06980 <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is reconstructing the bridge(s) <br /> and interchange at Trunk Highway (TH) 36 and County State Aid Highway 51 <br /> (Lexington Ave); and, <br /> WHEREAS, elements of this project impact City of Roseville infrastructure and construct <br /> new components of City infrastructure; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the project will be funded with City of Roseville, Trunk Highway and <br /> County State Aid funds; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement to provide for payment by the City <br /> to the State of the City's share of the project costs and long term maintenance <br /> responsibilities of all parties on State Project No. 6212-148. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 06980 with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br /> Transportation and Ramsey County. <br /> IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to <br /> execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
