EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of August, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11246 RESOLUTION APPROVING MnDOT COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 06980 WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is reconstructing the bridge(s) and interchange at Trunk Highway (TH) 36 and County State Aid Highway 51 (Lexington Ave); and, WHEREAS, elements of this project impact City of Roseville infrastructure and construct new components of City infrastructure; and, WHEREAS, the project will be funded with City of Roseville, Trunk Highway and County State Aid funds; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement to provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the project costs and long term maintenance responsibilities of all parties on State Project No. 6212-148. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 06980 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation and Ramsey County. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
