EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of August, 2015 at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following Members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, Roe <br /> and none were absent. <br /> Council Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11250 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF GARDEN STATION <br /> (PF15-011) <br /> WHEREAS, Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation. has applied for approval of the <br /> proposed plat, in conjunction with City of Roseville, owner of the property 2325 —2335 Dale <br /> Street and 657—675 Cope Avenue, which parcels are legally described in Exhibit A; <br /> And WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br /> the proposed preliminary plat on July 1, 2015, and after said public hearing the Roseville <br /> Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed preliminary plat based on <br /> the comments and findings of the pertinent staff report and the input from the public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on July 20, 2015 received <br /> the Planning Commission's recommendation and voted to approve the preliminary plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat materials have been prepared and submitted which are <br /> consistent with the approved preliminary plat and reflect applicable conditions of preliminary <br /> plat approval; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, that the final plat of the subject property creating Garden Station is hereby approved <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> a. The Public Works Department shall approve grading and drainage, storm water <br /> management, and public utility requirements as necessary to meet the applicable <br /> standards prior to issuance of permits for site improvements; <br /> b. Permits for site improvements shall not be issued without evidence of an approved permit <br /> from the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District; and <br /> c. Final plat approval shall not be issued without approval of a tree preservation plan, <br /> accounting for any changes to grading, utility, or storm water plans not yet anticipated,by <br /> the Community Development Department. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
