<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1115 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.130 PROVIDING FOR DATES OF <br />ERECTION AND REMOVAL OF POLITICAL SIGNS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 14.130 of the City Code of the City of Roseville IS <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />14.130. Political Signs. <br /> <br />1. In years when a State General Election is <br />held, political signs may be posted from <br />August 1 until ten (10) days following the <br />State General Election. Any such signs must <br />be removed by those responsible for their <br />being posted. <br /> <br />2. In years when no State General Elect ion is <br />held, if there is a primary for any office, <br />political signs for all offices may be posted <br />not more than twenty-one (21) days before the <br />primary election. When there is no primary <br />for any office, such signs may be posted not <br />more than twenty-one (21) days before the <br />General Election. All such signs must be <br />removed by those responsible for their being <br />posted wi thin five ( 5) days following the <br />General Election.
